A collective agreement, also known as a collective agreement or contract, is a legally binding written contract that is entered into through the bargaining process between the union and the employer. The collective agreement regulates, among other things, the employee`s salary, hours of work, and conditions of work and employment. Collective bargaining on the disciplinary code was concluded and a collective agreement was concluded on 1 February 2018. Salgbc is created voluntarily within the meaning of the Industrial Relations Act by agreement between the employers` organisation (SALGA) and the trade union parties (IMATU and SAMWU).
